Kobre & Kim’s Matthew Boucher, Benjamin Sirota and Hartley West will be hosting a Zoom teleconference with the American Bar Association to discuss trends in the criminal antitrust space on April 2, 12pm EDT.
The seminar, entitled “Bi-Monthly Criminal Antitrust Update,” will touch on case and policy developments in this area over the past two months. First, our speakers will examine U.S.-based case and investigation developments, before moving onto Department of Justice policy initiatives. Boucher, Sirota and West will then look at cartel developments abroad, before finally looking at how COVID-19 has impacted cartel enforcement specifically and antitrust enforcement more generally around the world.
