As part of São Paulo Arbitration Week 2025, Kobre & Kim and Canal Arbitragem co-hosted a breakfast panel featuring a live simulation on the enforcement of arbitration awards through onshore and offshore asset recovery strategies.
The session brought together Victor Dias Vieira Clementino and Sergio Aguiar of Kobre & Kim, together with Leticia Abdalla of CFGS Advogados, to explore how asset tracing, jurisdictional coordination, and enforcement sequencing can enhance the effectiveness of award recovery.
