The panel, part two on “Enforcement Developments,” will examine topics including: procedural and discovery issues in parallel investigations and cases; spoofing prosected as wire fraud; manipulation pre- and post-Dodd Frank; effect of criminalization of CEA violations on exchange investigations; FCPA and the CFTC; and parallel matters involving foreign authorities.
The panel will be chaired by Katherine Cooper of Murphy & McGonigle. Mr. Cogan will also be joined by Matt Mazur of Dechert, Parvin Moyne of Akin Gump and Manal Sultan of the CFTC.
