Jonathan Cogan Examines Public Corruption Trials Post-McDonnell

January 17, 2019

Kobre & Kim attorney Jonathan Cogan will join a panel of fellow experts to discuss the impact of McDonnell v. United States on high-profile corruption cases as part of a seminar entitled "Public Corruption Trials in a Post-McDonnell World," hosted by the Federal Bar Council in New York City on January 23rd. Mr. Cogan, who served as trial counsel to the co-defendant of United States Senator Robert Menendez in their highly-publicized victory in a recent bribery trial, will discuss in particular the role of establishing quid pro quo in the post-McDonnell era.
