Kobre & Kim’s John Han will join a panel discussion hosted by 9fin and Kobre & Kim titled “Past the Turning Point: Enforcing Defaulted Private Credit Loans Onshore and Offshore” on March 24 at 9:00 a.m. ET.
The webinar will focus on creditor-side enforcement strategies in complex, cross-border situations, with particular attention to arbitration clauses, offshore holding structures, and multi-jurisdictional asset recovery. As private credit markets continue to mature and defaults increase, the discussion will explore practical approaches to navigating enforcement challenges across jurisdictions and legal frameworks.
John will be joined by speakers from Ares SSG and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, with the session moderated by 9fin’s Global Head of Distressed & LevFin.
