Kobre & Kim’s Jian Wu will participate in the inaugural China Lawyers Going Global Summit (中国律师出海峰会) on July 4, 2026, in Shanghai.
The summit will convene more than 50 cross-border practitioners from over 10 jurisdictions, alongside 300+ corporate decision-makers, to examine the evolving challenges facing Chinese companies and legal advisors operating internationally. The program is structured around three themes: navigating shifting global conditions, understanding market rules and barriers across jurisdictions, and developing practical, cross-border strategies.
Jian will speak as part of a roundtable on Compliance & Dispute Resolution for Outbound Companies: Practical Legal Risk Solutions, contributing perspectives on managing cross-border disputes and regulatory exposure, and coordinating legal strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
