Jeremy Hollembeak Addresses Developments in Cross-Border Insolvency at RISA South Square Conference

Bankruptcy lawyer Jeremy Hollembeak explored current issues in offshore cross-border insolvency matters, including how to develop global asset recovery strategies and the various tools available under U.S. law, on the panel titled, “Developments of common law of cross-border insolvency outside the EU framework – how Cayman could benefit.” The panelists discussed a hypothetical case study to explore a number of current issues including international judgment enforcement, global asset recovery strategies, public bonds, and local laws in various jurisdictions.
