Jason Kang on Why Law Students Should Practice Arbitration in Hong Kong During HKIAC Open Day

December 14, 2021

Hong Kong is a center of dispute resolution involving Chinese and foreign parties, and as Kobre & Kim’s Jason Kang explains during the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) Open Day 2021, the city is a great choice for law school students and young practitioners aspiring to focus on global arbitration.

On December 22, 2021, at 11:30 am Shanghai time, Mr. Kang draws upon his experience focusing on Greater China-related international judgment and award enforcement to provide an overview of arbitration in Hong Kong. The event, “Why Arbitration? Why Hong Kong?”, takes place in HKIAC’s Shanghai office and features Simon Hui of Baker McKenzie FenXun on December 20; Yarui Zhou of Tahota Law Firm on December 21; and Ying Wu of TianTong Law Firm on December 23.
