Kobre & Kim’s Jason Kang will be speaking at an in-person seminar in Shanghai hosted by Zhong Lun Law Firm and Allen & Gledhill LLP. The program, titled “Latest Practices and Developments in Cross-Border Dispute Resolution and Asset Recovery across China, U.S., and Singapore,” will take place on Friday, January 16, 2026, at Zhong Lun Law Firm’s Shanghai office.
As Chinese enterprises continue to expand globally, cross-border disputes arising from M&A, intellectual property, and regulatory matters are increasing in scale and complexity. The seminar will examine how geopolitical risk, regulatory enforcement, and evolving judicial cooperation mechanisms are reshaping dispute resolution and recovery strategies in key jurisdictions.
Through practical case studies, speakers will address developments in Singapore arbitration practice, extraterritorial asset investigation and preservation, recognition and enforcement of Chinese judgments and awards abroad, and the design of effective multi-jurisdictional strategies. Jason Kang will join leading practitioners from Zhong Lun Law Firm, Allen & Gledhill and Kirkland & Ellis to share insights on navigating complex cross-border disputes and asset recovery efforts.
