High-net-worth individuals and their advisors are facing increasing risks and complexities as they navigate a changing global political and economic environment. The discussion, “Navigating Legal Complexities For High Net Worth Individuals,” will examine China-U.S. cross-border asset protection, taxation, trusts, equity disputes and government investigations. The speakers will also discuss practical perspectives and strategic approaches tailored to the unique challenges faced by high-net-worth individuals in cross-border transactions.
