Kobre & Kim’s Jason Kang and Henry Cheung will be presenting on “Cross-border Insolvency and Asset Recovery” at a training organized by the Shanghai Bar Association in Shanghai.
Mr. Kang and Mr. Cheung will dive into the cross-border bankruptcy restructuring recognition system, as well as practice introductions of cross-border bankruptcy restructuring under English law and U.S. law. They will also share insights regarding recent trends on cross-border asset recovery matters involving Chinese companies.
The training will take place on September 28 at 9:30 am at the Shanghai Jianguo Hotel.
