Kobre & Kim’s Daniel Saval joins experts from Colombia, Italy and Mexico to explore the effects and implications of trusts in insolvency scenarios, in an International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation – Mexico panel on Zoom at 10:00 am ET, July 31 2024.
The panel, “Trusts and Insolvency: Conversations on Experiences in 4 Jurisdictions” will examine how trusts operate in each of these four countries, with a focus on the varying systems of regulation, the impact of insolvency on trust structures, and strategies for investors (including high net worth individuals) who use trusts to protect their assets.
