Kobre & Kim’s Andrew Lomas chaired a panel on “Director’s Duties and Actions Against Directors in the Context of Distressed Companies” at RISA Cayman & South Square 2024 on November 20.
Along with his co-panelists, Mr. Lomas explored the role and responsibilities of a director and shared valuable insights into liability and risks in relation to fiduciary duties as well as duties of skill, care, and diligence.
Mr. Lomas was joined by Rory Brown and Joe Curl KC of South Square, Nicola Cowan of FFP, and Martin Trott of R&H Restructuring.
