Kobre & Kim’s Adriana Riviere-Badell will share her expertise at the “Accounting in Fraud Cases” panel at the 2025 American Bar Association White Collar Crime Institute in Miami on Thursday, March 6.
Leveraging her background as a former financial associate at a large accounting firm, Ms. Riviere-Badell will share valuable insights on the effective use of accounting experts in all phases of criminal investigation and litigation by both the prosecution and the defense of financial crimes. The panel will explore the goals and limits of accounting expertise, as well as the nuanced roles of consulting and testifying experts.
