Who’s Who Legal’s latest “WWL: Asset Recovery 2021” rankings recognized thirteen Kobre & Kim lawyers among the top global asset recovery practitioners, giving the firm the second-most number of total individual recognitions.
Founding partner Michael Kim was honored as a Global Elite Thought Leader, which are individuals who received the highest number of nominations and are seen as the very best practitioners in the field. Who’s Who Legal recognized Mr. Kim as “an established figure in the market, noted for his ‘impressive’ work on fraud investigations and litigation.”
In addition, the rankings call out Jef Klazen, “renowned for his deep expertise in asset recovery” and distinguished for his “excellent written advocacy”; Robin Rathmell, “a wonderful litigator” who is “supremely clever and a tactical master” and “runs rings round the opposition”; and Carrie Tendler, “a go-to for judgment enforcement, cross-border disputes and asset tracing issues.”
