Kobre & Kim’s Michael Ng was again named to the IAM Strategy 300, which recognizes the “pioneers” in the IP industry who “innovatively create and action strategies which realize and amplify the worth of IP portfolios.”
Mr. Ng leads the firm’s intellectual property and technology disputes team, which includes on-the-ground specialists in China, Korea, Israel, the UK and the US. In addition to litigating high-stakes patent disputes, Kobre & Kim designs and implements cross-border strategies to help patent holders maximize value from their IP assets. The firm’s intellectual property litigators work with IP advisors, licensing professionals, investors and co-counsel in jurisdictions around the world.
The IAM Strategy 300 “identifies the individuals at the forefront of development and implementation of strategies that maximize IP portfolio value” who have “demonstrated world-class skills in the development and roll-out of IP value creation strategies from all kinds of organizations.”
IAM chooses honorees by seeking nominations from “a wide range of senior corporate IP managers in North America, Europe and Asia, as well as third-party IP service providers.”
