She has extensive experience working with international private clients and their advisors to develop cross-border litigation and reputation management strategies aimed at mitigating business and reputational risks involving their global business interests.
Ms. Swette advises institutional clients and their executives in high-stakes commercial disputes, cross-border investigations and government enforcement defense matters, particularly those by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC). Ms. Swette has extensive experience on deal litigation, shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and other corporate matters, particularly those involving FinTech companies.
