Publication: Global Restructuring Review
Global Restructuring Review (GRR) has placed Kobre & Kim on its eighth annual GRR 100, the most comprehensive edition of its guide to the world’s leading law firms for cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
Describing the firm as “an eminent global disputes firm,” GRR noted the firm’s conflict-free profile and global insolvency-focused team across New York, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Hong Kong, London, Seoul, Delaware and Washington DC. The publication further spotlighted Kobre & Kim’s Daniel Saval, Adam Lavine, Timothy de Swardt, Peter Tyers-Smith, John Han, Zachary Rosenbaum and Donna Xu, citing client testimonials praising the firm’s “top of class” skills and ability to deliver arguments “in a way that appealed to the economics of the situation for the plaintiffs.”
GRR compiles its list by focusing on each firm’s work and achievements, as well as looking at a firm’s history, past cases, key partners, gender diversity, geographic scope and particular focuses.
