Publication: Global Restructuring Review
Global Restructuring Review has placed Kobre & Kim in its sixth annual GRR 100, the most comprehensive edition of its guide to the world’s leading law firms for cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters.
Describing the firm as “an eminent global disputes firm,” the publication notes the firm’s conflict-free profile and successful representation of “banks, private equity firms and hedge funds, high-net worth individuals and a variety of debtors in need of special litigation counsel.” GRR also highlights the contributions and recent successes of Daniel Saval, Adam Lavine, Peter Tyers-Smith, John Han and Zachary Rosenbaum, as well as includes client testimonials praising the firm as “top of class.”
The publication compiles its list by focusing on each firm’s work and achievements in 2021, as well as looking at a firm’s history, past cases, key partners, gender diversity, geographic scope and particular focuses.
