Publication: The Arbitration Review of the Americas 2017
International judgment enforcement lawyers Jef Klazen, Marcus Green, and Matthew Kokot address the process of enforcing a judgment following arbitration in the United States in a recent chapter of The Arbitration Review of the Americas 2017, a guide produced by the Global Arbitration Review. The lawyers detail how the U.S. judicial system works to enforce arbitration agreements when dealing with a recalcitrant opponent. The article includes recent developments in law as well as descriptions of the various judicial mechanisms available to pursue enforcement.
