Hans Mahecha, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on international private client and government enforcement defense matters.

His recent matters include the firm’s representation of a high-profile businessman and his family members in relation to criminal charges and civil asset forfeiture proceedings brought by the U.S. Department of Justice. 

Mr. Mahecha received his BA from the University of Miami.
