Ghada Amer, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving insolvency, international judgment enforcement and government enforcement defense. Her recent matters include assisting with civil litigation arising from a financing dispute related to credit agreements and the transfer of assets to subsidiaries, as well as aiding a Fortune 100 company to monetize its claim against one of Africa’s largest energy providers. Additionally, one of Ms. Amer’s recent matters involves assisting with the representation of a Fortune 100 Pharmacy Benefit Manager as a defendant in various litigations across the U.S. arising out of the opioid epidemic. Ms. Amer received her BA from Harvard University.
