On Saturday, September 21, Kobre & Kim’s Nathan Park will examine privacy protections and limitations offered and enforced in different countries around the world at the joint NAPABA Northeast Regional/AABANY Fall Conference at New York City’s Fordham Law School.
With his insights and relevant experience in cybersecurity and cross-border search and seizures, Mr. Park will walk through various case studies and best practices within the United States, the People’s Republic of China, Korea and Brazil. He also will discuss how the rise of electronically-stored information as commonplace in litigation affects said cybersecurity and privacy laws.
