On Thursday, September 26, Kobre and Kim’s Marcus Green will moderate a panel at Juris Conferences’ Third Annual Conference on Enforcement of Arbitration Awards in Boston, Massachusetts. With his extensive experience advising clients on judgment enforcement and international asset investigations, Mr. Green will offer his insights on pre- and post-award interest. The panel will also include a discussion on the recoverability of attorney fees, as well as the enforceability of awards with special damages components.
