John Han and Wade Weems of Kobre & Kim will be leading a seminar discussion on unfair business practices in the PRC and Southeast Asia, and key strategies that global companies can employ to defend themselves accordingly from threats such as IP theft and counterfeiting. The seminar, entitled, Partnering with Governments to Deter and Monetize IP Theft and Counterfeiting in Greater China and SE Asia is hosted in tandem with the Association of Corporate Counsel, Hong Kong (ACCHK).
Mr. Weems and Mr. Han will pull from both previous cases and their own specialized understanding of cross-border disputes for this discussion on offensive investigations.
