John Couriel and Daniel Saval will discuss asset tracing and recovery strategies at the 14th Annual International Insolvency Symposium in Milan, Italy.
Mr. Couriel will speak on the session titled, "Asset Tracing in International Insolvencies" where he will review the international asset tracing and insolvency tools used to secure recoveries, including legal variances in different jurisdictions, discovery powers and piercing the corporate veil.
Mr. Saval’s panel, "Impact of Insolvency on Cryptocurrency, Smart Contracts and Initial Coin Offerings," will explore the challenges and issues that may arise in digital currency disputes as it relates to tracing and recovering crypto assets.
The American Bankruptcy Institute’s Annual International Insolvency Symposium takes place October 17th through 19th and connects the largest community of insolvency professionals with speakers from across the globe considered to be the leading practitioners in the industry.
