Kobre & Kim attorney Benjamin Sauter will discuss the regulatory and policy landscape surrounding cryptocurrency at the International Bar Association’s Asia Pacific Forum on February 28. The panel, entitled “Cryptocurrency at the Crossroads,” will explore the economic effects of cryptocurrency in relation to tax issues, securities regulation and cross-jurisdictional trading across Asia, in comparison to the United States and European Union.
