Global Investigation Review’s latest GIR 100, a guide to the world’s leading cross-border investigations practices, has listed Kobre & Kim among their top firms.
“Kobre & Kim has shown its prowess in handling complex and truly international investigations,” the guide explains, citing the firm’s stationing of former U.S. prosecutors in offices around the world, including founding partners Michael Kim and Steven Kobre, as well as Martin De Luca, William McGovern, Wade Weems, Daniel Lee, Andrew Lourie, Nicholas Surmacz, Robert Henoch, Matthew Menchel, Jason Masimore and Michael Sherwin. The guide also highlights how “the firm seems to have work on just about every major recent U.S. investigation.”
The publication selects the GIR 100 based on extensive research and daily reporting by the editorial team to find the law firms “able to handle sophisticated cross-border government-led and internal investigations and related settlement negotiations or prosecutions of corporates and individuals.”
