William McGovern, with extensive government enforcement defense experience throughout Asia, will join a panel of fellow specialists to speak on the risks that companies and individuals conducting business with China face, and how to avoid common pitfalls. The panel, titled “3rd Annual Consilio APAC NYC Conference: Caught in the Crossfire: Navigating regulatory, transactional and litigation risk in light of current US-China relations” will take place on Monday, April 29th at 6:00 PM at Fordham Law School in New York City. William McGovern and his fellow panelists will focus on US-China business trends, U.S. regulations and economic sanctions, data protection, cross-border privacy, and other legal and regulatory risks.
