An increasing number of parties to Korea-related transactions are choosing to settle commercial disputes outside of court. On March 12, Kobre & Kim‘s Steven Kobre and Nathan Park will speak with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board’s Secretary General, Sue Hyun Lim, to explore how and why this is. This complimentary lunch seminar is in partnership with the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board’s international division, KCAB International.
KCAB International was established in April 2018 to meet the growing demand for cross-border dispute resolution. The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board is the sole arbitral institution in Korea authorized to handle such disputes.
