On March 26th, Kobre & Kim’s Rebecca Hume participated in a Webinar panel on Resolving Shareholder Disputes as part of Financial Poise’s series on Common Commercial Conflicts 2019. Ms. Hume, who regularly represents clients in high-stakes shareholder disputes including dissenters’ rights matters, discussed different types of shareholder disputes and corresponding remedies, including alternative dispute resolution, buy-sell agreement provisions, and share valuation considerations.
