Kobre & Kim’s Nicholas Surmacz will moderate a panel on defending and prosecuting extradition claims in fraud matters at the virtual Fraud, Asset Tracing and Recovery Geneva conference hosted by C5 on March 24, 2021 at 1:30 pm CET / 8:30 am EDT.
Mr. Surmacz will draw upon his time with the U.S Department of Justice’s Fraud Section to facilitate a discussion between Daniel Zappelli of Vafadar Sivilotti Zappelli, Kate McMahon of Edmonds, Marshall, McMahon and Paul Murphy of Teitler & Teitler, during which panelists will provide “behind the scenes” insight and discuss the evolution and impact of extradition as it relates to matters of fraud.
