John Han and Joyce Xiang will discuss recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and interim measure implementation in the U.S. and offshore jurisdictions at a Tiantong Law Firm Event on October 24. The panel titled "Arbitration Award Recognition and Enforcement," will examine the steps of recognition in the U.S., British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands and will share non-conventional strategies in order to maximize chances of recovery. The presentation will take place at Peking University in Shenzhen, China.
