Kobre & Kim’s Farrington Yates will join a panel of experts at BTG Global Advisory’s Annual Meeting in Toronto on May 15th to discuss litigation finance. Mr. Yates, who specializes in recovery campaigns related to complex, cross-border cases involving fraud or misconduct, will focus on the use of litigation funding in various jurisdictions and in certain specialty practice areas—including insolvency, intellectual property disputes and other forms of high-stakes litigation.
