Kobre & Kim’s Daniel Saval brings his experience in both high-stakes insolvency as well as cryptocurrency to the INSOL International Annual Regional Conference in Singapore on April 4th. In a presentation alongside fellow insolvency specialists, Mr. Saval will discuss how cryptocurrency assets are identified, preserved and realized in solvency, and look at the unique challenges arising in this rapidly evolving space.
In particular, Mr. Saval will break down certain cryptocurrency-related asset tracing strategies, including methods for obtaining enforcement remedies, discovery, and access to private keys held by fraudsters. He will also explore key differences between tracing and recovering stolen cryptocurrency, as compared to stolen cash.
