A practice in insolvency and restructuring can not only cross disciplines but also often geographic borders. Kobre & Kim’s Daniel Saval and Donna Xu introduce their practices and examine key issues during a fireside chat hosted by the Cardozo School of Law International Law Society at 12:00 pm New York time on February 29, 2024.
During the session, “Cross-Border Restructuring and Bankruptcy Litigation,” Mr. Saval and Ms. Xu will discuss restructuring and insolvency in general, examine cross-border issues that arise, and look at specific examples both lawyers have worked on recently, including those involving cryptocurrencies.
