As part of Vault’s 2019 Guide to Legal Practice Areas, Kobre & Kim’s Hartley West provided an in-depth Q&A laying out her practice area and its focuses on white collar criminal and asset forfeiture matters. In addition, Ms. West discussed the wide variety of clients she represents, as well as some recent high-profile representations, from a Chinese technology company attempting to challenge export enforcement actions taken by the U.S. government to a Fortune 500 company facing a DOJ antitrust investigation involving an Asia-based joint venture.
