People are a law firm’s greatest asset, and the demographic makeup of a firm’s partners reveals something about their business model. Kobre & Kim Chief Strategy Officer Gary Singer sat down with Reuters to discuss what this says about Kobre & Kim.
According to Reuters, the average partner at an Am Law 200 law firm received their law degree in 1995. In contrast, more than 60% of Kobre & Kim’s partners finished law school in the 2000s, mirroring the age of the firm itself. As Mr. Singer explained, “[Kobre & Kim’s] business model tends to attract younger litigators.”
