Kobre & Kim’s São Paulo Team Hosts São Paulo Arbitration Week Panel

Kobre & Kim’s São Paulo team, together with Prisma Capital, will host a breakfast panel during São Paulo Arbitration Week to discuss “Litigation Funding and Monetization of Arbitral Awards” on October 16.
Obtaining an arbitral award is just the first step for creditors to recover their claims from debtors. The panel will explore the strategies that can be deployed to accelerate this process, and how litigation funding can play a crucial role both during the arbitral proceedings and in the enforcement phase. Kobre & Kim’s Sergio Aguiar will be joined on the panel by Ana Carolina Musa of Prisma Capital, Silvia Julio Bueno de Miranda of MAMG Advogados and Bruno Poppa of Trepedino Berezowski Poppa Advogados.
