Yocheved (Yoko) Cohen represents individuals and corporations in complex commercial litigations, including disputes relating to financial products and services, as well as in investigations and enforcement actions brought by U.S. government entities and self-regulatory organizations. She also has experience handling bankruptcy disputes.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Cohen practiced at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Previously, she clerked for the Honorable I. Leo Glasser in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
