Ms. Clarke joined Kobre & Kim in 2018, bringing extensive experience in talent management and HR leadership and expertise from a variety of sectors, including elite professional services firms to a rapidly scaling start-up. Before joining the firm, she served as a key member of the Global People Leadership team at White & Case LLP, where she led the Americas People Advisory function and served as the chief of staff to regional business heads throughout the Americas. Her role involved collaborating with senior leadership on shaping strategic initiatives focused on increasing employee performance, improving retention, creating organizational efficiencies and improvements, and executing the strategy around talent development, diversity and inclusion, and performance management in support of the firm’s 2020 growth plan. Prior to that, she was the vice president of Human Capital & Employment Counsel for an award-winning education start-up of 1,800 employees. She also has experience working in senior management and leading best-in-class talent acquisition efforts at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Earlier in her career, Ms. Clarke spent seven years as an attorney representing established and start-up clients, and worked closely with the management teams of private equity funds as day-to-day outside corporate counsel in her role as a member of the Investment Management Group at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.

Ms. Clarke received her BA from Duke University and JD from the UCLA School of Law, and has an executive education degree in corporate innovation from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In 2015, she was named a “Game Changer” by Workforce, a Crain’s publication focused on the HR industry.
