Sooyeon Kim, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides support on matters involving international judgment enforcement. Her recent matters include assisting with the firm’s representation of ConocoPhillips in the enforcement of a US $1 billion+ International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes judgment and International Chamber of Commerce arbitration awards against the Republic of Venezuela and several of its state-owned entities and providing support to a number of the firm’s Asia-based judgment enforcement efforts. Ms. Kim received her BA from the University of British Columbia.
