Sarah Kaplan, under the supervision of the firm’s lawyers, provides case management support to the firm’s lawyers in matters involving government enforcement defense.

Her recent matters include the representation of a Fortune 100 Pharmacy Benefit Manager as a defendant in various litigations across the U.S. arising out of the opioid epidemic. She has also provided support in the representation of a U.S.-based futures trader facing criminal charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, commodities fraud and spoofing by the U.S. Department of Justice. 

Ms. Kaplan received her BA from Colby College.
