Rachel Hui represents liquidators, receivers and other clients in high-stakes, cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, particularly those with a nexus to Hong Kong and Greater China. She also represents shareholders in complex shareholder disputes, and shareholder activist matters involving companies and joint ventures based in Asia Pacific.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Hui practiced at Baker McKenzie.
