
Minda Huang focuses his practice on representing institutional and corporate clients in complex cross-border matters involving commercial and other disputes, intellectual property and technology litigation, and foreign judgment and award enforcement with a nexus to the People’s Republic of China. He has deep experience in copyright, media distribution and other related disputes. Mr. Huang has also represented global companies before Chinese courts, including the Supreme People’s Court of China, and arbitration panels located in Shanghai, Beijing and Dubai.
Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Huang practiced at Tiantong Law Firm in Shanghai, focusing on commercial litigation and arbitration. Prior to that, he worked in JunHe LLP and Paul Hastings LLP, working in dispute resolution and investigations.
