In her role as Kobre & Kim’s Managing Director of Knowledge Management, Michelle Lewin is responsible for driving the expansion and optimization of the firm's complex knowledge management infrastructure. Ms. Lewin and her team work with attorneys and staff across the firm in order to understand the needs of each individual department to generate actionable solutions to promote efficiency and facilitate the seamless exchange of information across the firm. Additionally, she also oversees the firm’s learning program, which includes training presentations conducted by firm attorneys and staff as well as external speakers.
Before joining Kobre & Kim in 2016, Ms. Lewin accrued nearly a decade of experience as a Knowledge Management professional working at law firms and businesses, including Paul Hastings LLP, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Bloomberg Law L.P.
Ms. Lewin is a former practicing attorney. She was a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins LLP and also clerked for Magistrate Judge Henry B. Pitman in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Michelle received her JD from American University Washington College of Law and her BA from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
