Matthew Boucher focuses his practice on legal matters – regulatory, civil and criminal – that most often impact multinational organizations and their employees today, including government enforcement defense, white-collar criminal defense, international competition enforcement matters, civil and criminal antitrust litigation, data protection, internal investigations and civil asset forfeiture. Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Boucher practiced at Allen & Overy. After law school, he clerked for the Honorable Lawrence P. Zatkoff of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
