Mark Rowlands represents clients in complex commercial litigation, with focuses on international judgment enforcement and insolvency. He advises clients on matters that involve both onshore and offshore jurisdictions, including arbitration awards, asset recovery and debtor-creditor disputes. Mr. Rowlands has experience in all phases of litigation including client counseling, drafting statements and applications, negotiating settlements and trial advocacy.

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Rowlands practiced at Harney Westwood & Riegels, where he handled a wide range of litigation including arbitration, restructuring, complex contentious trusts, fraud and asset recovery. Before that, he practiced as an independent barrister at the chambers of Geoffrey Cox QC, the Attorney General of England and Wales, specializing in commercial chancery, insolvency and property law.
