Luis Marcelo Abdalla Jaued focuses his practice on representing major institutional clients facing government investigations and enforcement related to fraud and corruption, negotiating agreements with enforcement agencies and representing clients both at the administrative level and before courts. Mr. Jaued is experienced in handling complex litigation and conducting internal investigations, particularly in matters related to Brazil.

Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Jaued practiced at Barbosa Müssnich Aragão for 11 years, where he handled government enforcement matters and most recently served in a secondment to Vale S.A.’s Brumadinho Crisis Committee.
