Lindsey Weiss Harris regularly represents Fortune 500 corporations, boards of directors, hedge funds and corporate executives in high-profile deal litigation, shareholder disputes, complex civil litigation, and independent investigations.

Ms. Harris has contributed to a number of significant litigation battles in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including the successful defense of Airgas’ poison pill. In a precedent-setting lawsuit, she helped obtain an injunction for Vulcan Materials barring an attempted hostile takeover by an industry rival. Ms. Harris also served as a member of the trial team that defended Goldman Sachs in deal-related litigation by former shareholders of Dragon Systems. 

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Ms. Harris practiced at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She clerked for the Honorable Pamela Ann Rymer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
